Frequently Asked Questions


  • $325 - 60 minute intake, therapy session or evaluation service

    $250 - 45 minute therapy session

    Evaluations are billed hourly. A retainer of estimated time to complete the evaluation is taken to begin the process.

  • I offer my clients a highly individualized experience, which includes being available to you between sessions. I typically return emails, calls, and texts between 9am and 8pm Monday-Friday.

    If you are having a mental health emergency, call 911 or the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255.

  • As an out-of-network provider, I do not directly accept insurance. I will provide a receipt of services, called a superbill, which you can submit to your insurance company. If eligible for out of network benefits, your insurance company reimburses you directly. Court-related services are not typically eligible for insurance reimbursement.

  • These can be found by contacting your insurance provider.

  • A good faith estimate is a summary of the expected costs of therapy. I will provide you with a good faith estimate after the consult and before your first visit.

  • I have a ‘no cancellation’ policy. I find that the clients who commit to therapy are the ones that get the best results.

  • My office is located at 390 Commerce Dr, Suite 115, Fort Washington, PA 19034.

  • I offer online sessions for residents of PA, NJ and NY. For online sessions, we meet through a secure platform called Therapy Notes or Zoom. A weekly reminder email is sent to you with the meeting link. I offer phone sessions as a back-up if we encounter an internet issue. Online sessions are treated just like office visits. You should be in a setting that mimics how you would want to present yourself if we were seeing each other in-person.

  • The first appointment is 60-minutes. During this time, I will be asking you questions to get a thorough understanding of what you are looking for out of your therapy. I go over my practice policies, provide brief feedback on what I’ve learned about you so far and a preliminary plan for our work together. You also have the opportunity to get your questions asked.

  • Therapy is an investment in yourself. How much you get out of therapy is up to you.

    Every person’s treatment is different. Some clients are looking for short-term support through a tough time, while others are seeking more long-term insight-oriented therapy. We will establish your goals and both of our expectations during the first few meetings.

    If you prefer to scheduled a free 15-minute consultation, you are welcome to do so through the contact form on my website.

  • Forms will be sent electronically before our meeting. If you are an in-person client, only the payment authorization form must be completed ahead of time. For online therapy clients, all forms must be filled out prior to our initial appointment.

  • I see clients Monday - Thursday with varying hours each day.
